As if we needed another reason to save our ducats to go to New Orleans.

The 2015 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (or Jazz Fest for short) has dropped its 2015 line-up. As per usual it’s a mammoth and eclectic collection of artists including: iconic classic rock bands (The Who, Chicago), legendary pop acts (Tony Bennett, Elton John), country superstars (Keith Urban), current pop stars (Ed Sheeran, No Doubt, Lady Gaga), flavors of the moment (Hozier), hip-hop favorites (T.I.) and even Jimmy Buffet. The festival will also includes an army of jazz, funk, soul and local New Orleans artists. To view the complete line-up by day, click here.

The festival is a “10-day cultural feast in which thousands of musicians, cooks and craftspeople welcome 400,000 visitors each year.” It will run April 24, 25, 26 & April 30, May 1, 2 & 3 2015 and will take place at the Fair Grounds Race Course, centrally located at 1751 Gentilly Boulevard, 10 minutes from the French Quarter. Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition to music, the culinary culture of New Orleans will be on display throughout the 10-day run…we’ll let your mind (and stomach) run rampant thinking about that.

Outside of the festival there an innumerable amount of after-parties throughout the city which we’ve heard are legendary.

In our opinion this is one of the premier festivals in the country. The eclectic array of artists is mind-blowing, the food will undoubtedly be delicious and it’s in one of the most culturally rich cities in the country. Man, we’re just beyond stoked can’t recommend going to this fest enough.
