No matter where you go, you can’t escape New Jersey.

Toms Jersey-born, Asbury-based indie/alternative/electronic duo Brick+Mortar are invading the film world as their cover of Jimi Hendrix’s classic, “Voodoo Chile (The Slight Return)” is the song behind the new big budget action flick, Hitman: Agent 47.

Hitman: Agent 47, being released by 20th Century Fox this summer, is the second installment in the Hitman series (you might remember the first film released in 2007 starring a pre-Justified Timothy Olyphant) stars Zachary Quinto and a cue balled Rupert Friend (of Homeland fame).

The cover is a fantastic choice to score the film’s chaotic nature. For more on Hitman: Agent 47, click here. For more on Brick+Mortar, click here.
