In 2002, Punk Goes Pop started releasing compilations of emerging punk and pop-punk bands covering popular top 40 songs. Since then bands known for screaming choruses and causing mosh pits have shifted their gears and focused their attentions on putting their own twist on popular tracks.

A local New York City band has entered the fold by covering Ariana Grande’s ‘One Last Time’ as their first official cover. When All Else Fails is a five piece hardcore band led by vocalist Rich Canci, a five-time cancer survivor and amputee. Their raw energy and talent can be seen in their unique cover of Grande’s ‘One Last Time,’ and on their debut EP, Stepping Stones.

Watch When All Else Fails cover of Ariana Grande’s ‘One Last Time’ now and download their Stepping Stones EP here.
