Who says there’s nothing to do at the Jersey Shore in September?

On Saturday September 19, Jersey native Jack Antonoff will be curating a one-day Jersey centric fest dubbed Shadow of the City. The show will feature performances by Charli XCX, The Front Bottoms, Misterwives, Vic Mensa, Robert Delong, Cults, How to Dress Well, and Antonoff’s band, Bleachers.

To find out why Jack Antonoff is starting a New Jersey Music Festival check out his interview from Rolling Stone which ran yesterday.

The show will also feature food trucks, carnival games, and arcade games at The Stone Pony. There will also be a Weird NJ pop up shop.

Antonoff hinted earlier this summer about doing something at the Stone Pony on his Instagram account, but for many of us we figured it was a music video, or maybe just a Bleachers show. Instead, we get this glorious piece of alt rock glory.
