Now I know what most are thinking. The cinematography alone should put this movie at the top. I want to do that but I honestly have to be really, really nitpicky (as in a film snob) to pick apart these films after the godawful mess that is Mission Impossible 2. Mission Impossible 4 does have more of Simon Pegg and the opening scene that Brad Bird directed may be one of the best series. That being said, the weak villain that no one cared about forces me to leave this at number three. Sure, no one else really cares about the villain but I do. Besides, the over use of iPhones as a gadget is kind of lazy in my opinion.
