Still, there is no denying that the original has a lot of genuinely scary moments that can impact an audience. The scariest moments happen when our main characters are asleep. The demon begins to possess Katie, having her walk around and wake up elsewhere. These moments keep the audience wondering what will happen next and fearfully awaiting the next major scare.
