Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Theater. As far as Phase 2 of the Marvel Movie Universe is concerned, Thor: The Dark World is the entry I’m most anticipating. Thor was a genuine surprise, and the sequel itself looks to be really fun, dark, and epic. Also the titular God teaming up with his brother Loki after the events of The Avengers will add a lot of intrigue to the proceedings. Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint, as I need something to make up for Iron Man 3. I’ll definitely be seeing this one opening weekend. Can’t wait! –LJF

Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Undecided. I’m going see the new Thor flick no matter what, the debate in my mind right now is — theater or DVD? I enjoyed the first Thor movie, but I wasn’t blown away by it like I was the first Iron Man, The Avengers or even Captain America. It was solid with all the Asgard stuff really captivating me and all the Earth stuff really boring me (outside of the battle sequences). So overall, Thor 1 = Okay. I think The Dark World actually looks a lot better than the first film and I like the potential of a Loki/Thor team-up as I think Hiddleston really brings the best out of Hemsworth. However, the trailers haven’t done anything to get my super interested/ I think once we get a bit closer to the release date I’ll have a better opinion on where I’ll be seeing the movie…that or if Logan offers to buy me and wife tickets like with the first movie. –BB
