Pop-Ed: Our Favorite Nintendo Moments

DJ Chapman (Contributor) When I think of Nintendo my mind always goes back to Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Every time I’ve played this game I’ve always loved the experience. I’ll never forget as a kid trying to get through the Forest Temple being so scared that a Wall Master was going to come after me. Looking back, it’s so great that a game could inspire this kind of reaction from me. To this day I don’t think I can get that kind of pure reaction from a game. It’s so great that Nintendo has come up with so many different games across so many different genres and have so many classics. Whether it’s adventure games, platformers, RPGs, or even first person shooters (looking at you Goldeneye), Nintendo has a way of getting the best out of games. I am proud to call myself a Nintendo fan boy and I wear that proudly. Happy 125th anniversary Nintendo, hope you have many many many more.
