Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Rent (maybe theater). I am a fan of the first Hangover, but truth be told when people acted all strangely toward me when I said I didn’t see it in theaters, well I felt that the movie didn’t really call for that sort of “what’s wrong with you” type ordeal. Anyway, I haven’t given Part 2 the time of day yet, since it’s familiar beats disappointed everyone, therefore keeping me away, but I’ll admit, I’m kind of curious to see the final chapter, only because I want to find out how the whole series of shenanigans concludes. That, and my girlfriend is a major fan of these movies, so one way or another, I know I’m locked in for some sort of viewing. –LJF

Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? No Thanks (in theory, but probably rent). I absolutely love the first Hangover. I cried, my chest hurt, my throat was sore, it was a great night at the movies. Then I saw the second film, which quite frankly was an unmitigated piece of shit. I’m not mincing words here, I just thought it was an utter disappoint and wildly unfunny. I feel as if though, in protest, I shouldn’t even bother watching the third chapter of the Wolfpack’s saga. Why? It’s going to be the same damn jokes! Ed Helms character is going to get beat up and have sex with someone he shouldn’t, Bradley Cooper’s going to be really sweaty and get beat up, Ken Jeong will make a lot of gay jokes and I’m sure we’ll see a shot of his character’s microscopic penis. But then there’s Zach Galifianakis, who can take the worst material and through his wonderfully weird sense of humor, make it work. And that’s why I’ll probably end up renting it. –BB
