Pop-Press: Chris Brown Album Release Party in Asbury Park

A beautiful Friday night at the Jersey Shore calls for good music.

Our old friend, Chris Brown, will performing (with his band Last Night’s Disasters) to celebrate the release of his new studio album Anchor. Produced by Pete Steinkopf of The Bouncing Souls, the record, will be played in full at The Anchor’s Bend, located at the Northside of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Admission to the event — FREE.

There will be performances by: Chris Brown (AP) & Last Night’s Disasters, EdTang & the Chops, High Time for Lowlifes (from Virginia),
Matthew Charles (from Virginia) and some special guests.

Anchor, will be on sale for $10 and Chris will be donating 10% of all album sales to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Bill Bodkin is the gray bearded owner, editor-in-chief and co-founder of Pop Break. Most importantly, he is lucky husband, and proud father to a beautiful daughter named Sophie.
