Dr Who: Ten Years of New Who – Lucas P. Jones
Friday, October 10
4:15pm-5:00pm
Javitz Center, Room 1A24
I’m also a huge fan of Doctor Who (are we seeing a pattern yet?), and while the latest regeneration of this long running BBC show has had its share of ups and downs, you would be hard pressed to find a fan that doesn’t enjoy some, if not most aspects of the new show. This panel will be a discussion centered on the four new Doctors, Eccelston, Tennant, Smith, and Capaldi, and will discuss both the past and future of the show. With Moffat’s script writing tendencies, I doubt that we will be able to figure out any of the future stuff, but it’s always fun to guess.
Why am I excited? Well, besides all of the Doctor Who discussion, I’m kind of hoping that one of the Doctors will show up. It probably won’t happen, but if it does, I want to be there. At the very least, I am hoping for a few teases or secrets to be hinted at for the rest of season 8, which has been impeccable so far. Any jump on what Moffat wants to do is always helpful.
