Why none of my fellow writers chose The Walking Dead as one of their reasons is beyond me. Since premiering in 2010, The Walking Dead has not only become the most watched show on cable, but a full on cultural phenomenon. Like anyone else who has a face and two eyeballs you’ve no doubt heard about the hugely popular comic book and television adaptation. Now starting its fifth season this month, it will be interesting to see what the cast and crew bring to the table this year.
I’m looking to see the challenges that were faced to keep the show fresh for audiences and what’s to come down the line for the television juggernaut. The show has no signs of slowing and judging by the footage it’s going to be the best season yet. See you in New York!
