Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds Release New Single + Album Release Date

In 2011, former Oasis member Noel Gallagher released his first solo album under the moniker, High Flying Birds. The self-titled LP was one of the best albums of the year and further solidified Gallagher as one of the most talented musicians working today. Four years later and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are finally going to release their sophomore album, Chasing Yesterday.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have released the newest video as well as the release date for the album, which will be hitting store shelves on March 3. The latest single from Chasing Yesterday, ‘Ballad of the Mighty I,’ features another famous English musician and former guitarist for The Smiths, Johnny Marr.

Following the release of the album, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will be hitting the road for their US tour before playing major music festivals such as The Shaky Knees Festival and The Governors Ball this summer.
