Bon Jovi Releases New Single, ‘This House is Not For Sale’
On Friday August 12, Bon Jovi released their brand new single, “This House is Not For Sale.”
For three minutes, and thirty seven second, the masses in New Jersey, and around the world stopped to see what Jon Bon Jovi, Tico Torres, David Bryan and company had to offer.
Haven’t heard it yet? Don’t worry the song is currently streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and is available for download on Amazon, GooglePlay, iTunes, and can be viewed on VEVO. We also have the song at the bottom of this post.
The song is the lead single off of Bon Jovi’s new record, also named This House is Not for Sale. The album will hit stores on October 21 on the Island/UMG label.
This House is Not For Sale is Bon Jovi’s 14th studio album since they made their major debut with their self-titled 1984 release. The album was produced by Grammy winner John Shanks, who also produced the band’s 2005 platinum record Have a Nice Day. Rounding out Bon Jovi’s band will be longtime bassist Hugh McDonald, who was promoted to “official” band member states in 2016. McDonald has been with the band since 1994 replacing original bassist Alec John Such. Guitarist Phil X, who has been with the band since 2013 (when he replaced Richie Sambora) and was also promoted to “official member” status in 2016, will be the band’s lead guitarist.
The album will be the band’s first major label release since 2013’s What About Now, which was the band’s third consecutive multi-platinum record to enter Soundscan at #1 (previous records include the country-crossover Lost Highway (2007), and The Circle (2009).)
