Just days after stepping off stage at the massive Global Citizen Music Festival in New York City, Metallica has dropped a new single off “Moth Into Flame.”

The single is the second to come off their new album Hardwired…to Self-Destruct, their follow-up to their 2008 album Death Magnetic.

The album will drop on November 18, and was produced by singer/guitarist James Hetfield, drummer Lars Ulrich, and Death Magnetic producer Greg Fidelman. The album will be released on Blackened Recordings, the band’s own independent label that they created in 2012 after leaving Warner Bros.

The album will be a two-disc set, with over 80 minutes worth of music on them.

Metallica is performing a special show at Webster Hall in New York that is available to their “Fifth Member” club members. All proceeds are going to New York’s City Harvest.
