Clark Gregg revealed what he knows about Marvel’s Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 4 to us at New York Comic-Con 2016.
Clark Gregg, of course, plays Agent Phil Coulson, a fan favorite character who debuted in the first Iron Man and helped make S.H.I.E.L.D. a household name for moviegoers. In a similar vein, Clark Gregg played FBI Special Agent Mike Casper on The West Wing. He also starred on The New Adventures of Old Christine as Christine’s ex-husband, Richard.
Since returning from the dead, Coulson has become an even more prominent character as the protagonist of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which Gregg discusses in the interview.
Other topics include the weight of past events on Coulson and the team, Coulson’s demotion, the expansion of the Marvel universe, and whether or not the Avengers know about his resurrection.
