A Different Type of St. Patrick’s Day: Moose Blood Rocks The Stone Pony

Pop Break Live: Moose Blood at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park

While most venues around the Jersey Shore were celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day with green beer, and Irish music — The Stone Pony brought one of the hottest bands in the alternative scene to its legendary stage.

Moose Blood, the U.K. based emo/pop punk outfit, signed to Hopeless Records brought an epic set of their set staples, and new tracks to the shores of Asbury. Their latest album I Don’t Think I Can Do This Anymore dropped on March 8.

The band is still touring the U.S. and will remain in the States until April 17, before they head across the border to Canada. The band will take a rest for a few weeks before embarking on the European outdoor festival circuit before heading to Australia at the end of August.

Pop Break’s Alfred Mannarino caught the band in action.
