Taking Back Sunday hit fans with a double whammy this morning.
The band announced they will be kicking off their 20th anniversary celebration at Starland Ballroom with their 5th annual Holiday Spectacular. The spectacular will take place on Friday December 14 and Saturday December 15.
The band will be performing their seminal record Tell All Your Friends on both nights. However, there’s a bit of a twist. On Friday the 14th, the band will flip a coin and that will determine the second album the band will play in addition to Tell All Your Friends. The two records in question will be Where You Want, or Louder Now. Whatever song wins the coin flip will be played on Friday December 14, while the other will be played on Saturday December 15. Their will be bonus songs played as well.
As of press time, information on supporting bands, and the annual holiday pop-up shop have not been released. We’ll be posting it when it becomes available.
Tickets are on sale now – $35 in advance, $39 at the doors.
