Hozier Takes Philly to Church with his Wasteland, Baby! Tour

Pop Break Live: Hozier ‘Wasteland, Baby!’ Tour 2019 with Angie McMahon at The Met in Philadelphia, PA.

Irish singer-songwriter Hozier stopped in at The Met in Philadelphia on his current North American tour. He is touring in support of his latest album, Wasteland, Baby!, released in March of 2019. The album is a follow up to his self-titled multi-platinum selling debut album in 2014.

Hozier became an international star with his monster debut single “Take Me To Church”. He released an EP in 2018 that produced the song “Nina Cried Power,” which was hands down one of the best songs of 2018. The subsequent video that followed was just as moving.

Australian singer-songwriter Angie McMahon, whose getting rave reviews on her stellar new album Salt(released on July 19th)opened this sold out show. It was a great night to showcase the talent of these two incredible writers/musicians. This is a can’t miss show.
