“Win the crowd. Win the world.”

That’s a quote KC Navarro — arguably one of the best indie wrestlers on the planet right now —  lives by every day.

Navarro who goes by the moniker “Truly Blessed” has a stellar resume including being a Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) Wired Champion, the W.H.A.T. Champion and the first-ever Standalone Wrestling (S.A.W.) Lightheavy Champion as well as competing in nationally televised matches for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Impact Wrestling.

This week, Navarro released his mini-documentary, appropriately titled Blessed on his YouTube channel. The film chronicles his journey to become his best self after multiple appearances on AEW Dark including a show-stealing performance with Rey Fenix.

A lot of the footage emanates from the renowned Diamond Gym, where Navarro pushes himself to the limit every day thanks to the help of fellow pro wrestling Stephen Gibki (WrestlePro, TCW, Catalyst Wrestling) of the Jersey Muscle Society. (AEW Dark) Gibki doesn’t hold back in pushing KC in his training, but also encourages him emotionally and as a friend.

The mini-doc even features an appearance from Team Taz member and FTW Champ, Brian Cage who says, “He comes out there and he looks like a star. He doesn’t look like he belongs in the crowd and he’s only improving day in and day out. And he’s only 21.” “Papa Cage,” as KC calls him, would also be crucial in KC’s to push himself to becoming the best he can be.

The documentary also features the late Shad Gaspard is featured who tragically passed away in 2020 while saving his son. The film contains some very emotional footage where Shad believed in Navarro right from the get go. You can see how much faith Shad had in Navarro, and how Navarro believes that he is a guardian angel watching over him on his journey.

This documentary is all heart just like Navarro himself. As I always say with KC, it’s not a matter of if he will get signed, just a matter of when and where. And when and where that happens the future is will be blessed.

The KC Navarro mini-doc Blessed is now available for streaming on YouTube.
