Matt Taylor and our film editor Marisa Carpico are finally back for a third season of their Oscar retrospective podcast, And the Winner Still Is….

They break down the Best Picture nominees and discuss the major categories like Director and the Actresses. As well as a few of their own personal snubs and under-appreciated films from the year.

This episode, they discuss the 1991 Oscars, including Best Picture winner, The Silence of the Lambs. They also talk about how the film has aged, Jodie Foster’s performance and Jos Truitt’s incredible reclamation of Buffalo Bill and the Jodie Foster of it all. They also lament the too-short directing career of Barbra Streisand and rave over Beauty and the Beast.

Best Supporting Actress:
