Streaming Wars – Alex, Bill, and Josh pick a streamer they think “won the month” based on new shows airing/upcoming shows announced etc. This month, Bill & Josh agree that Netflix won the month, thanks to the colossal success of Stranger Things S4. They also shout out the successful launches of The Umbrella Academy S3 and the feature film Hustle, along with the trailer premieres of The Sandman, The Gray Man, & Persuasion. Meanwhile, Alex goes all in on AppleTV+ yet again, thanks to a recent uptick in customer satisfaction and retention, the successful launch of Sundance darling Cha Cha Real Smooth, the return of For All Mankind, the MLS deal, and Severance & Pachinko’s Emmy buzz.
