After a week’s break, we are back with episode four of AEW’s newest show All Access. This week’s episode focused on the two episodes of Dynamite right after Full Gear. All Access took a deep dive into Ruby Soho’s return to AEW after a horrific nose injury, The Bucks’ return to Chicago after the Brawl Out, and the crowning of a new AEW Women’s World Heavyweight Champion. Here is everything that you need to know about episode four of All Access.

Ruby Soho & Tay Conti Have Heat:

Accidents happen in wrestling and unfortunately, people are bound to get injured within the squared circle. At All Out Conti broke Soho’s nose on accident which led her to be on the shelf for three months before returning to AEW at the end of November. At the beginning of the episode, Conti tells Baker that ever since their WWE days Conti and Soho never saw eye to eye and as long as they remained professional there should be no issues. When Soho and Eddie Kingston have their conversation they both agree that professionalism is the best way to avoid any real-life issues. Once Conti and Soho try to talk things out, Soho implies that maybe Conti hurt her on purpose which leads to an awkward heated conversation between the two of them. The whole episode ends with Soho’s return to Dynamite as she delivers her version of payback as she bruises Conti’s hand in an attack. This was the primary storyline for this episode and this was the drama that everyone was looking for and seeing how this all panned out was very interesting.

Chicago Hates the Elite:

In sports, there are very few cities that have die-hard fans. These cities include; Boston, New York, and Chicago, and in the wrestling world this often remains true. The episode of Dynamite after Full Gear was taking place in CM Punk country aka Chicago. The Young Bucks throughout this episode discussed how nervous they were to have that match in Chicago because they did not know what the crowd was going to do. As soon as their music hit they booed them out of the building which left a lot of the backstage presence shocked. Matt Jackson then said that if this was the reaction for the rest of the Best of Seven series they might have to change the original plans because in wrestling the audience are the ones who determine what happens. Thankfully as we know these plans did not change, however, it is interesting that AEW was considering doing that if the boos continued.

Goodbye Interim, Hello Jamie Hayter:

The ongoing main storyline between all four of these episodes is the ongoing beef between Thunder Rosa & Britt Baker. Baker throughout the series expresses her frustrations to Tony Schiavone that Thunder Rosa is still the champion, but is not defending the title because of her back injury.

However, Renee Paquette announces that AEW is dropping the term interim Women’s World Champion and officially crowns Jamie Hayter the brand new AEW Women’s World Heavyweight Champion. Baker becomes ecstatic about this news because now the women’s division can move forward and gain more momentum. In another conversation with Baker and Schiavone, she reveals that she does not want to be a champion for another five years. She then explained there was a situation where the locker room thought she was faking her wrist injury as well as a lot of jealousy and animosity that she doesn’t want to go through again. She wants to see others shine as well as continue to improve the women’s division in any way she possibly can, which sometimes can be done without gold around your waist.

AEW ALL ACCESS Episode 4 is now on demand and new episodes airs on TBS right after Dynamite at 10:00 PM EST.
