Team Bill vs Team Kimmy: AEW All Out 2024 Predictions

Unlike last year where AEW held back-to-back pay-per-views, we had a week’s break before we were back at it again with All Out. Now, similar to last year, only some of the titles are on the line and some of the bigger names from the company need to be added to this show, but we can only appreciate what we have, right? Let’s predict All Out!

AEW International Championship: Will Ospreay vs Pac:

Kimmy: After Pac got his huge hometown moment two weeks ago, he will sadly not win on this grand stage back in the States. The first reason is because he just won the trios championships with Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta. It must make more sense for Pac to be a double champion right now. The second reason is that there is another superstar who is one and only waiting in the wings to face Ospreay at Wrestledream, and that is the match that everyone is waiting to see.

Winner: “And Still” Will Ospreay

Bill: While this is a forgone conclusion that Ospreay will retain the title, AEW has done a good job of building this match up in a short period of time. PAC hates the fact that Ospreay is looking past him (which Ospreay did not long ago when he fought Swerve) and is going to make him pay. It would not shock me if we see PAC vs. Ospreay vs. Ricochet at Wrestledream, and eventually they build to Ospreay and Ricochet at Full Gear. This is going to be a show stealing match, despite the predictable outcome.

Winner: “And Still” Will Ospreay

Chicago Street Fight for the CMLL Women’s Championship: Willow Nightingale vs Kris Statlander:

Kimmy: This is a sleeper match of the night right here. They go all over the arena in this match and many people get involved. From Stokley Hathaway to members of the Conglomeration this match is going to be a lot of fun. In terms of a winner, I think you have to give it to Statlander. She can go down to CMLL and put on a couple of great matches before losing the title to someone down there as Nightingale sets her sights back on Mone to reclaim her TBS Championship.

Winner: “And New” Kris Statlander

Bill: 100% with Kimmy that this will be a wildly fun match. I do not agree with the result, however. Willow is very over in CMLL and she was a quick fix for Stephanie Vaquer not wanting to drop the belt before bouncing to WWE. Likely, she’ll drop the belt to Zeuxis at the CMLL 91st Anniversary Show (if not her than Catalina).

Winner: “And Still” Willow Nightingale

Lights Out Steel Cage Match: Swerve Strickland vs Adam Page:

Kimmy: This is where I think we see a debut. If you watched Dynamite last week, Moxley seems to be starting a new faction with a lot of hard-hitting talent. Now if anyone in this new faction would want to make an impact it would be during this match with two former AEW World Heavyweight Champions. I believe after Page finally gets his big win over Swerve we see the debut of Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin beating down both Page and Swerve. This will set up Lashley against Page for Wrestledream. Thank me later.

Winner: Adam Page

Bill: Since this was announced as a “Lights Out” unsanctioned match, all I can say is that this will go to levels of unadulterated violence we’re not prepared for. This is going to be filled with gallons of blood and weaponry that is going to potentially overshadow everything from Texas Death last year. I don’t know about debuting people (Kimmy is usually spot on there), but I DO think Hangman wins this one, as this feud is far, far from over.

Winner: Adam Page

MJF vs Daniel Garcia:

Kimmy: I am going to admit, I am nervous about this one. As of this writing (12:30 on Tuesday afternoon), it has not been confirmed or denied if Garcia signed his new deal with AEW or not. You can make the argument that if he loses this match you are going to see him on the CW starting on October 2nd on the other brand’s developmental company. However, I am confident that we are going to see him on Wednesday nights instead. I think he beats MJF here and goes on to beat Jack Perry for the TNT championship at Full Gear.

Winner: Daniel Garcia

Bill: I am usually wrong, but given Garcia’s return to AEW at All In and given promo time and a high profile PPV match, I want to lean into the possibility he’s going to be “All Elite” for a number of years. (Also given that others like The Lucha Bros who have been rumored to go to WWE have disappeared off TV with no word, while Garcia has, may be an indicator). If Garcia has in fact signed, it’s time to give him a signature win — against MJF. Garcia is the future of AEW, so it’s time to start treating him that way, and Max loses absolutely nothing by losing here.

Winner: Daniel Garcia

TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone vs Hikaru Shida:

Kimmy: I do not believe this was the original plan for this show, but that is another story for another day. This match should be decent with Mone picking up the win. I think Mone is going to have a big opponent for the pay-per-view right after this one as she heads into the fall season showing us that this is all about the Mone.

Winner: “And Still” Mercedes Mone

Bill: I hope they keep leaning into Shida being “The Ace” of AEW and giving her more of a sustained run in the company instead of the brief runs here and there. I think she could be an effective heel going up against Willow. That being said, Mercedes is definitely going to win this one, and don’t be surprised even though Kamille is banned from ringside if someone else joins up with her.

Winner: “And Still” Mercedes Mone

AEW World Heavyweight Championship: Bryan Danielson vs Jack Perry

Kimmy: I have a big pet peeve over champions challenging for other championships on pay-per-views and not defending their own, but regardless. Danielson is in the position now where he is handpicking who he wants to face before he rides off into the sunset and clearly, he saw potential in this being a big match for Perry. I do not think Perry gets the win here as all roads lead to Darby Allin challenging Danielson in a couple of weeks at Grand Slam, however, for the two-week turnaround between All Out and All In this should be fine and do what it needs to do.

Winner: “And Still” Bryan Danielson

Bill: It’s wild to call a Bryan Danielson match a sleeper, but this truly is the biggest one to me. No one believes Jack Perry is going to win. Even worse, people don’t think he’s ready for a match of this magnitude. Perry needs this match to add to his resume to considered truly a future main guy for AEW (which he is very close to being). Danielson is going to do what he does best — give his opponent the match of their life.

Winner: “And Still” Bryan Danielson

AEW All Out 2024 is streaming live on Bleacher Report and Triller TV on Saturday, September 7th at 8 PM EST.

The current record in Bill vs Kimmy is 5-3-4 in favor of Bill
