Love Island USA Week 3: Bombshells Landed, Huda Exploded, and America has been voting

Love Island USA Week 3 at the villa was anything but calm. Just when the storm was beginning to settle, a Category 5 Huda Mustafa hit, and the Love Island villa went down in shambles. Three new bombshells—Iris Kendall, Pepe Garcia, and Jalen Brown—arrived on the island like a shower of reality TV meteors.

America got the reins on the vote from 6/15, which spiraled the dynamics in the villa. To refresh your memory:

  • Iris with Jeremiah (cue: meltdown)
  • Pepe with Hannah
  • Jalen with Olandria.

The week started off rocky as fan-favorite Charlie Georgiou was no longer in the villa due to fellow islanders voting him off. I’m pretty sure there’s a saying for that where Charlie’s from: ”Bloody hell!”

But that silence lasted shorter than Ace’s patience with Amaya, as Huda stormed the villa like it was a battleground. It all started in Episode 13 when Huda looked for comfort in Jeremiah, as she had the possibility of being voted off. When Jeremiah failed to reassure Huda about their connection and instead became closed off to the fact that he was in a new couple, the crashout for Huda began. In what is now considered to be one of the season’s most famous (and maybe all of Love Island USA) outbursts, Huda unleashed her feelings of betrayal and emotional neglect in a shower scene when she repeatedly branded Jeremiah as a “bi*ch” and dragged his name around the villa like yesterday’s recoupling text.

The situation simply got worse from there — in an attempt to vent, Huda barged into discussions, overheard post-date rumors, and even woke Taylor up at 5 a.m. — he was pissed. Huda’s remark, towards Jeremiah, “Iris is just his escapegoat,” left viewers wondering if she was spiraling or trying out for stand-up.

After the new bombshells headed to a boat date with their new couples, the Islanders back at the villa contemplated the standing of all their relationships. Taylor Williams sat back as he watched his girl, Olandria, go off with a new cowboy, Jalen Brown. Hannah’s grieving of Charlie’s exit was shortly over after swooning over Pepe Garcia’s charm and attractiveness. And as for Iris, well, the poor woman had a lovely surprise waiting for her back at the villa — Huda.

Finally, in Episode 13, Jeremiah pulled Huda for a chat in hopes of apologizing for his absence. Huda clapped back at him for what she believes him to be: self-centered and having a victim mentality. At the end of their chat, she proceeded to tell Jeremiah, “I don’t want sh*t to do with you.”

And Jeremiah seemed to listen after he decided to stay in a couple with Iris in the Episode 14 recoupling. The girls sent a text of who they wanted to couple up with and stood behind a locked neon door. If the door unlocked when the boys opened the door, it solidified their recoupling. But if the door remained locked, then that boy is left single and vulnerable.

Episode 14’s recoupling brewed mayhem as Huda chose to couple with Jeremiah in hopes for a match—however, it seemed only in her land of delulu that would happen.

Jeremiah chose Iris as he wanted to break the toxic cycle with Huda. Ace finally couples with Chelley, and a surprising new couple, Austin and Amaya, is formed. Hannah and Pepe, of course, remains. Olandria ultimately chose Taylor, claiming “she felt home” when paired back up with her cowboy — leaving Jalen single and vulnerable.

The end of the recoupling left Huda and Jalen on thin ice. The Islanders were told to stand behind the person they want to save. Huda shockingly had the most votes, in which all the girls (including Iris) thought she deserved a second chance. And sadly, sweet country boy Jalen Brown was dumped from the villa.

Things began to look up in the villa when none other than Megan Thee Stallion appeared in Episode 15. The Islanders looked like they’d just seen Beyoncé or Jesus—and honestly, same.

Dressed in head-to-toe Hot Girl Summer energy, Megan gave the women of the villa a little pep talk, especially Huda, on her difficulties with Jeremiah. Megan then spiced things up by holding a full-on twerk-off challenge — girls against boys. The Islanders seemed to be fighting for their lives in terms of rhythm. (Taylor, blink twice if you need help.)

Megan then gave the girls a gift after they shook their way to victory: Hot New Bombshell. TJ Palma, a 23-year-old from Westchester, New York, entered the villa claiming, “He’s got everything.” And of course Meg couldn’t leave the boys hanging, so she brought in the beautiful bombshell that is Andreina Santos, a 24-year-old New Jerseyan who made it obvious with a single glance that she wasn’t there to play a supporting role in anyone’s romance.

All of the boys seemed to be smitten with Adreina’s looks and Dominican accent—especially Jeremiah, who pulled Adreina for more chats than he has with anyone his whole time in the villa.

The Islanders partook in the infamous “udder challenge,” which had the guys milking a rubber cow into their mouths (hard watch), then spitting it into their partner’s mouth, who then transferred the milk into a bucket. And as for the final step? Dumping that bucket on another Islander’s head—after answering juicy questions like “Who should leave the herd?”

Underneath the dairy-soaked chaos, the episode delivered real tensions:

  • Huda Mustafa got called out for stirring the pot — and she took it like a champ.
  • Jeremiah Brown was told to leave the herd (is this subtle foreshadowing?)
  • Ace Greene was accused of not being serious and lacking commitment.
  • And Iris Kendall got labeled a side chick. Ouch.

Even though it was disgusting to witness, the challenge revealed Islander’s true feelings on one another.

The fresh bombshells, meanwhile, kept creating a stir. Andreina had chats with both Nic and Jeremiah, and TJ appeared to strike up a conversation with Cierra, but Nic swiftly returned to establish their relationship just in time.

Huda made an attempt to recover her time in the villa by establishing a connection with Pepe, which placed her directly in Hannah’s path. Huda claims to be “new” to creating connections in the villa, but fans and Hannah herself wondered why she would go for a man in a strong connection with her good friend.

Week 3 ended with tensions rising as the Islanders faced the emotional aftermath of a viewer vote that didn’t just shake up the villa—it straight up cracked it open.

America got the vote for their favorite Islanders, and while some Islanders used it as a moment of reassurance (Chelley and Ace, Nic and Cierra), others weren’t so lucky. The vote put several Islanders in danger, forcing the villa to choose one guy and one girl to send home—another tough decision that left emotions raw and tears flowing. The casualties are Jeremiah and Hannah.

After three weeks of heartbreak, rebounds, and eyebrow-raising choices, Jeremiah Brown was finally dumped from the villa—just as he was forming a connection with new bombshell Andreina. And our sweet Hannah, who had just started feeling comfortable in her connection with Pepe, also got the boot — can this girl get a break?

In Jeremiah’s last 30 minutes, he had to pack his bag and leave the villa; Huda pulled him for one last chat. While Jeremiah seemed to be moving on, it was best their chapter received closure.

This vote left everyone in choppy waters: Andreina had both Nic and Jeremiah fighting for her attention, but Nic ultimately drifted back to Cierra, and with Jeremiah dumped, she began to question her place. Meanwhile, TJ had been between Huda, Iris, and Hannah, but when it came time to define his intentions, he completely friend-zoned Huda. Oof.

Nic and Cierra also hit an emotional wall despite their physical intimacy earlier in the week. Cierra began to think her feelings for Nic were a lot stronger than she let on and seemed to be more committed than Nic—can this be foreshadowing Casa Amor’s imminence?

As Week 3 ends and Jeremiah and Hannah are gone, alliances have shifted, trust has been tested, and several couples are starting to realize that feelings run deeper than flirty banter and milk-spitting contests. The Islanders are left in disarray, but the drama seems to be fizzling out.

But don’t get too comfortable. As every seasoned Love Island fan knows, Casa Amor is coming, and it doesn’t care who thinks they’re tested. Islanders will be put in new villas or the same ones, but with new faces. Relationships will be tested, secrets exposed, and more hot drama.

So whether you’re Team Ace, Team Huda’s Redemption Arc, or just here for the chaos, buckle up—because if you thought Week 3 was messy, Week 4 is gearing up to be downright ruthless.

As of the end of the week (June 22), the following couples remain:

  • Amaya Espinal and Austin Shepard
  • Ace Greene and Chelley Bissainthe
  • Cierra Ortega and Nic Vansteenberghe
  • Olandria Carthen and Taylor Williams

The single Islanders are:

  • Iris Kendall (Single)
  • Huda Mustafa (Single)
  • Pepe Garcia (Single)
  • Andreina Santos (Single)
  • TJ Palma (Single)
