Love Island USA Season 7 Week 4 stirred up absolute chaos in the villa as the long-awaited Casa Amor tested the islanders’ connections and forced them into some messy, high-stakes decisions. This week delivered shocking eliminations, surprise recouplings, new love triangles, and more cringeworthy challenges.
In Episode 19, the islanders were blindsided when host Ariana Madix crashed a kissing challenge and escorted the girls to Casa Amor — all while the boys stood blindfolded and clueless in the villa. While the girls were greeted by six brand-new boys at Casa Amor, five new girls entered the main villa and joined the boys in their blindfolded kissing challenge. From models to professional athletes, this year’s Casa Amor newcomers weren’t just good-looking — they were hand-picked to bring the drama and test the islanders’ connections.

This season, the islanders had to make new couples in Casa Amor, or risk being dumped — a major switch from previous seasons where recoupling was optional (much like a loyalty test). After the new islanders took their pick of the OGs, Olandria and Nic were left single and seemingly sent packing in a dramatic exit that had everyone in the villa and Casa Amor full of tears.
However, a major plot twist was en route: the fan favorites were given a second chance and had the choice to either couple up and return to the villa or go home for good. Of course, the two chose to couple up (cue: Nicolandria TikTok fan edits) and headed off to a romantic dinner date, where Nic told Olandria that he had been wanting to get to know her better from the start. Unfortunately for fans, rooting for their friends-to-lovers fairy tale, Nic and Olandria decided that the sparks weren’t there after sharing a chemistry-lacking kiss in Soul Ties.
Back at the villa, Olandria made her surprise return with Nic — only to discover that Taylor, her former partner, had coupled up with newcomer Clarke, marking the start of yet another love triangle. In Clarke’s words: “What the helly?” Olandria’s faith in her and Taylor’s connection crumbled fast once she saw the undeniable physical chemistry between him and Clarke (which fans clocked early on, too).

At Casa Amor, the new couples were:
- Amaya Espinal and Zak Srakaew
- Iris Kendall and Zac Woodworth
- Chelley Bissainthe and Chris Seeley
- Huda Mustafa and JD Dodard
- Cierra Ortega and Elan Bibas
- Andreina Santos and Bryan Arenales
In the main villa, the new couples were:
- Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe
- TJ Palma and Vanna Einerson
- Ace Greene and CoCo Watson
- Austin Shepard and Jaden Duggar
- Pepe Garcia and Gracyn Blackmore
- Taylor Williams and Clarke Carraway
Following Casa Amor, all islanders reunited in the villa for one of this season’s most dramatic recouplings yet. Each person had to write down the name of the islander they wanted to couple up with—but if the choice wasn’t mutual, they’d be left single and vulnerable.
Some of the OGs had no shame about ditching their original partners for the Casa connections. Austin and Amaya’s connection came to an end, as Austin chose to couple up with newbie Jaden, and Amaya opted for Casa’s Zak. But perhaps the recoupling’s biggest jaw-dropper — Taylor chose Clarke over Olandria, leaving the OG girls furious as Olandria was on the brink of being dumped from the island yet again.
Chelley and Ace, along with Nic and Cierra, managed to survive the Casa recoupling, while Iris and TJ took a big step forward by officially becoming a couple after sparking a connection just before the girls’ departure to Casa Amor.
Single islanders Huda, Andreina, and Pepe each formed new couples with newcomers from Casa, leaving Olandria, Vanna, CoCo, JD, Zac, and Elan single and vulnerable. The islanders in the main villa were given the difficult task of eliminating one girl, while the Casa Amor islanders had to choose one boy to send home. Ultimately, Olandria was saved by the main villa islanders, and Elan was spared by those in Casa Amor. Zac, JD, CoCo, and Vanna were dumped from the island.

The new couples post-Casa Amor are as follows:
- Austin Shepard and Jaden Duggar
- Taylor Williams and Clarke Carraway
- Pepe Garcia and Gracyn Blackmore
- Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene
- Amaya Espinal and Zak Srakaew
- Iris Kendall and TJ Palma
- Andreina and Bryan Arenales
- Cierra Ortega and Nic Vansteenberghe
- Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley
