They Wrote Us a Letter, They Wrote Us a Book: Guster Brings Pristine Vibes to The Stone Pony

Guster brought their pristine indie alternate sounds to The Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, New Jersey on Friday night August 1. The performance was part of a split bill between the Guster and indie gods The Mountain Goats.

Ryan Miller, Bryan Rosenworcel and Adam Gardner, who just last September rocked the Park Stage at Sea.Hear.Now, broke out songs from their vast catalog of hits including “Amsterdam,” “When We Were Stars,” “Do You Love Me” and “Satellite.”

The band closed out their set by inviting The Mountain Goats onstage to jam on the Boz Scaggs song, “Lido Shuffle.”
