Pixar unveils Finding Dory Trailer
Finding Dory has a trailer, a poster, and a release date. Earlier today, Disney Pixar released the first official trailer for the much anticipated sequel.
The film will be set six months after the first film, Finding Nemo, ends. Old favorites will be back including, of course, Nemo, Marlin, the Tank gang, and others. The film will also introduce new sea creatures like an octopus, sea lion, and beluga whale.
Finding Dory will mostly take place at the California Marine Biology Institute where, according to Pixar President Jim Morris, “Dory was born and raised.” Dory, after going on a field trip with Nemo to see the migration of manta rays, will set out on a journey to find where she came from.
Her parents, voiced by Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy, will also play a big part in the film. Previous Finding Nemo director, Andrew Stanton, will return to direct the sequel. The film features the voice talents of Ellen Degeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, and Ty Burrell.
