Pop-Break Live: Trial by Fire Tour featuring Yelawolf, Bubba Sparxxx, Struggle Jennings, and Jelly Roll at The Brooklyn Bowl
Brooklyn got turned up on Tuesday October 18 as “The Trial by Fire” Tour featuring Yelawolf, Bubba Sparxxx, Jelly Roll, and Struggle Jennings, rolled into Brooklyn Bowl. The show was absolutely wild with people moshing, bopping, and rocking out to the sounds and crazy energy provided by all the artists.
Yelawolf, who gained fame when he signed to Eminem’s Shady Records back in 2011, has evolved his sound blending hip-hop, soulful blues and rock. Yelawolf dropped his single, “Daylight” back in September, and has since released an EP, Hotel on October 10. His third studio record, Trial by Fire, will be released in the near future.
Opening up the show included a trimmed down Bubba Sparxxx who exploded onto the scene in 2001, delivering such “Dirty South” hip hop hits as “Ms. New Booty” (with the Ying Yang Twins), “Deliverance,” and “Ugly.”
Also opening up was Nashville native Jelly Roll, and Struggle Jennings, grandson of iconic country music artist, Waylon Jennings.
Pop-Break’s Saidy Lopez caught all the artists in action.
