Pop Break Live: Power 99’s Powerhouse Featuring Reco Havoc, Travis Scott, French Montana, YFN Lucci, Playboi Carti, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Cardi B at The Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA
The annual Power 99 FM Powerhouse concert is always a huge deal. In years past the shows has seen the likes of Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Whiz Khalifa and J. Cole headline.
This year, the show wasn’t just headlined by major talent, it was headlined by an engagement.
Cardi B, who was already having an amazing year, will never forget the night of October 27. The red hot artist was surprised by her boyfriend Offset, of the group Migos. He came on stage (unannounced), dropped to one knee, and proposed to her in front of an ecstatic, and stunned Philadelphia crowd. Her “yes” got a massive reaction from the crowd.
While this may have been the highlight of the epic, seven hour show, the audience was certainly entertained by the epic crew of performers which included: Reco Havoc, Travis Scott, French Montana, Lil Uzi Vert, YFN Lucci, Palyboi Carti, Meek Mill, “The Boss” Rick Ross, and as we mentioned, Cardi B.
