History was made last month at H20 Wrestling Center in Williamstown, NJ as Kid Carter (son of Pro Wrestling After Dark’s Chad Minnes) booked an entire wrestling show for his tenth birthday party. Kid Carter’s Birthday Bonanza featured television talents, four corner balloon matches, and even a few offensive moves from the Birthday Boy himself in the ring. The event begged the question, could a ten year old out-book the big leagues? The answer: Yes.
One of the evening’s main events featured the likes of NEW Women of Wrestling Tag Team Champs, and #powercouple Kiera Hogan (Impact Wrestling) and former LAX member Diamante. The new champs however, did not team together as Kid Carter made it an intergender contest. Diamante teamed with a star in the making KC Navarro (WHAT! Wrestling Champ) while Hogan teamed with Jordan Oliver (CZW, MLW). I must say the match was excellent but Navarro and Diamante’s chemistry as a tandem unit was amazing. The two are essentially family. Speaking of family, the pair grabbed a pair of sandals (Fear La Chancla!) to beat their opponents with. It was hilarious. Diamante even hit a beautiful Canadian Destroyer type maneuver on Oliver giving her team the momentum to get the W. Post- Match Kid Carter hit an epic superkick on Jordan Oliver followed by a dive through the ropes onto the MLW star!

Earlier in the Night Kid Carter would even hit a picture perfect Stunner on Chris Banks after he and Tommy Moose were defeated quickly by one of the Best unsigned Tag Teams on the planet right now, THE REP.
Another highlight match featured a Triple Threat Match with ALL titles on the line. The match featured faves Joe Gacy (Stand Alone Wrestling Champ), Smiley (Light Heavyweight Champion) , and Serpentico. (Pro Wrestling After Dark Champion) Lots of fun early on with tangled streamers, breaking title belts, and multiple masks by Smiley. The hijinx was not to be outdone some incredible spots during the match. Great early exchange by the agile Serpentico and Smiley.
Gacy even hit an amazing back handspring Stunner on another back handspringing Smiley! Doors also came into play as Gacy is put through a door, allowing Serpentico to eventually pin Smiley after a top rope Senton to become a double Champion. Next on Serpentico’s Agenda? Killer Kross at “Don’t Kross the Boss” in Brick, NJ on January 3.
The Night even ended in a brief appearance by G RAVER who absolutely tortured “Slim Cornette” (DilfBoi Daltano) with skewers, staple gun, and a tattoo needle.
The icing on the cake? Well, that was the cake itself. Up next for Pro Wrestling After Dark is the aforementioned “Don’t Kross the Boss” event featuring the likes of Killer Kross and Tessa Blanchard!! Tickets are available now.
