“The Human Star Wars Encyclopedia” Amanda Rivas in the host seat and has a motley crew podcasting pirates joining her to discuss the finale of Star Wars: The Skeleton Crew.
Amanda is joined by Pop Break’s Editor-in-Chief Bill Bodkin, pro wrestler & the short king of Amanda’s heart Branden Vice, and Jeff Fountain — the Chairman of the United States Department of Nerds (USDN).
In the episode they talk about what they loved, what they loathed, and what made them scream AARRRRRRR like a salty one-eyed droid in Skeleton Crew. This includes the performance of the child cast, Jude Law’s ludicrous charisma, the potential future of the series, the parents actions through the finale, Star Wars easter eggs and everyone’s favorite corduroy coverall wearing elephant boy – Neal. They also discuss the future of Star Wars and how Disney can make the IP cool again much like they did in 2024 with Marvel and Pixar.
In the pre-game segment they remember the late director David Lynch and their favorite work by him (which includes a shocking amount of love for his version of Dune) as well as a deep dive into the trailer for Daredevil: Born Again.
