Lindsey Stirling Brings Her Annual Holiday Tour to The Tropicana in Atlantic City

Pop Break Live: Lindsey Stirling, ‘The Snow Waltz Tour’ at The Tropicana Show Room at The Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City on Friday November 21, 2025.

Grammy-nominated violinist and dancer Lindsey Stirling brought her Snow Waltz Tour to the Tropicana Showroom in Atlantic City on November 21.

Stirling has been performing critically-acclaimed holiday shows since 2017 with her successful  Warmer in Winter Tour. Her current 23- date trek kicked off at the Bryce Jordan Center in Pennsylvania and will conclude in Peoria, IL on December 23.

Prior to the concert starting, her dancers, dressed in flowy dresses and feathered hats, went into the audience to fire up the crowd and that they did! The smiles on the faces of the fans, especially the younger ones, was priceless. The dancers  found a fan dressed up in a Santa suit and brought him up on stage. Santa and the girls attempted high kick moves like the Rockettes perform. His shoes flew off and one of the dancers picked one up and put it up to her ear and as if it was a phone. It was a very funny moment.

Stirling truly has mass appeal. Her style of play is a unique fusion of classical violin with modern genres like pop, hip hop and electronic dance music. It’s amazing that she does it while performing complex choreography. Looking around at the audience there was a broad range of ages in attendance. There were young children, friends, couples, families and older folks.

As always with most of her holiday shows, there were stunning visuals, elaborate costumes, beautiful lighting and imagery, streamer cannons and holiday staging. Stirling was backed by Ryan Rivero (guitar and keys) and Drew Steem on drums. Drew has been touring with her for 14 years and Stirling said he was like a brother. Stirling was accompanied on stage by four incredibly talented dancers. This high energy theatrical show was a visual treat. There were aerial acrobatics performed by Stirling and also by her dancers.

The show was a nice mix of holiday classics and original songs that included “Sleigh Ride,”  “Santa Baby,” “You’re a Mean One, Mr Grinch” and “Feliz Navidad” which had stunning colorful lighting. Crowd favorites seemed to be “Carol of The Bells,” “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy,” “Snow Waltz,” “I Wonder as I Wander” and “Crystallize,” a song Stirling performed upside down in the air.

Stirling got the audience involved in the show. Three fans were pulled up on stage for a pirate themed boat race which was to promote her charity cruise. She also told the crowd she wanted to do some pop songs but give them a christmas twist via her violin and told the audience to raise their lit phones if they recognized it. She played snippets of the Verve’s song “Bitter Sweet Symphony,” Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A” and Britney Spears “Toxic.”

It wasn’t just the music that made this a memorable night. It was the inspirational talks that Stirling had with the audience throughout the night. She talked about experiences in her life when times were tough and she was dealing with grief. She spoke about the death of her father and a dear friend, an inspirational trip to Jerusalem and a random meeting of a stranger at the airport who opened up about the pain of her divorce. Ultimately, the message was uplifting as Stirling said there will be happiness after bad times. It comes in different forms. It sounded like music is a healer for her and so is the love from her fans.

Cheers to this one of a kind inspirational artist and her unique talent!
