Mumford & Sons, The Strokes, The Offspring to Headline Sea.Hear.Now 2026

The Strokes, a band many a SHN fan has been wondering on when not if they headline the show, will take the headlining slot on Sunday September 20 to close out the two-day event. The band will undoubtedly be playing cuts off their seminal album Is This It – which turns 25 years old in October.

The Saturday September 19 lineup includes: The Offspring, the legendary Chaka Khan, The War on Drugs, The All-American Rejects, Men at Work, Fitz and the Tantrums, Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles, Tom Odell, 54 Ultra, guitarist Anders Osborne, Stephen Strings, Nat Myers, Asbury royalty Jarod Clemons, and “Mr. Lover Lover” himself, Shaggy.

The Sunday September 20 lineup includes: The Goo Goo Dolls, the excellent Fontaines D.C., Moby, Pixies, Ziggy Marley, Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, Ben Howard, Die Spitz, Flipturn, Alice Phoebe Lou, Makua, King Stingray, and Asbury’s own Blaise and Status Green.

GA+ allows unlimited access to the GA+ Lounge with relaxed seating and air-conditioned restrooms, a private bar with drinks for purchase, a complimentary water refill station and a dedicated GA+ Concierge to assist with festival needs. Between the two main stages fans can watch some of the biggest east coast surf legends catch waves between the jetties. This year’s surf contest returns with the ocean calling the winner; the “North Beach Sessions” pro surfer who catches the “wave of the day” will take home the prize purse. The 2026 esteemed surf lineup includes Sam Hammer, Cassidy McClain, Cam Richards, Balaram Stack, Rob Kelly, Pat Schmidt, Mike Gleason, Tommy Ihnken, Logan Kamen, Jamie DeWitt, Cole Deveney, Audrey Iglay, Paul Francisco, Mia Gallagher, Eden Edwards, and Cruz Dinofa.

Asbury Park artists Pork Chop and Brad Hoffer will return with their iconic jellyfish installation and surfboard arch, serving as the festival’s visual compass, while Stoke Henge rises once again on both sides of Convention Hall as the center of all things art, anchored by the disco ball–adorned “Jonathan the Sea Monster” emerging from the sand. Legendary Jersey Shore surf photographer Bruce Chrisner will lead the community murals on the beach, joined by a diverse range of contributors from the Asbury Park community including youth, seniors, and internationally recognized local artists. Transparent Gallery will also return, showcasing special artwork from participating festival musicians alongside pop-up performances, with additional announcements to follow; proceeds from artwork sales will benefit local Asbury Park charities.
