Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Rent. I haven’t exactly seen the first Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs all the way through, but I’ve put together the pieces to understand it as a full movie. From what I’ve witnessed, it was a lot of fun. The sequel looks to evoke the same bit of silly humor, utilizing food/monster hybrids as the jokes and puns. It’ll probably be a solid rental; I don’t think there’s any theater rush for this one. –LJF

Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? No Thanks. Much like the first movie, Cloudy 2 will be cute and enjoyable, but not for me. So, unless I’m in “Uncle Bill” mode and am renting this for my nieces, there’s no chance I’m going to watch this of my own accord. For those of you with little ones or nieces and nephews, this’ll be a solid diversion for them and you. –BB
