I enjoyed the Bourne Trilogy like everyone else, but I stopped caring a long time ago. I didn’t even bother with Bourne Legacy, and clearly no one else did either. Even with the announcement of Matt Damon coming back, it was barely a blip on the radar. Then the Super Bowl spot happened. Wow. He’s back. This franchise still has a lot of apathy to overcome from Jeremy Renner’s reign, but this should make the money it needs to make, and certainly has potential to match the glory days of the franchise.
