October is here — so you know what that means — the month long celebration of beers and brats!
On Saturday October 4th, the wonderfully named Harmonica Lewinskies, will be performing a special concert at Shrewsbury Hose Company #1’s Oktoberfest. Proceeds from the Oktoberfest will go towards the volunteer fire company for training and equipment.
The Harmonica Lewinskies aren’t just a band with a cute, gimmick name. The band has this wonderfully jazzy and funk sound that is supported by a fat brass section. The eight-piece band will also be performing this weekend, performing cuts off their new record, Dad Rock, on Sunday October 5th at The Bitter End in New York City.
