That’s just a very, very small list of the performers that have broken out of the annual CMJ Music Marathon.

The festival which runs Tuesday October 21 till Saturday October 25 is one of the most vaunted and important outlets for new music. Close to 1,400 performers are given the chance to perform in over 80 clubs, theaters and venues across New York City. There are exclusive parties, over 100 conference events and seminars and events for college and non-commercial radio programmers.
