The Front Bottoms’ Champagne Jam – December 21, 2014 at Webster Hall in New York City
In 2011 we saw The Front Bottoms open up for River City Extension at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Despite going on super early, Matt Uychich and Brian Sella had the crowd eating out the palm of their hand. Flash forward three years and the Jersey boys are curating a day-long show in conjunction with Brooklyn Vegan, at the world famous Webster Hall in New York City.
The Champagne Jam was a three-level experience that was too capacity with eager TFB fans and a wide array of talented performers. We were lucky enough to make the show as we were initially told that the press list had been closed out…in September…when the tickets went on sale. (Thanks to the wonderful people at Another Reybee Production and our brother Buck who manages TFB we got in at the last second.) We bring this up because it truly is a testament to the drawing power of The Front Bottoms. Seeing these two local guys making such an impact warms out hearts and makes us super, super proud.
So, let’s cut the chatter and enjoy the photos that debuting Pop-Break.com photog Dana Manbart captured.
