The Weeklings – Live at The Wonder Bar
Asbury Park is filled with brilliant musicians and sometimes those musicians get together to create something magical. The current Godfather of AP, Glen Burtnik has joined up with Bob Burger, John Merjave and Dave Anthony. The foursome has taken stage names in order to create ‘The Weeklings‘ – a Beatles tribute act. Last Friday Lefty Weekling (Burtnick), Zeek Weekling (Burger), Rocky Weekling (Merjave) and Ramblin’ Dave Weekling (Anthony) put on a showcase of the best of The Fab Four. Pop-Break’s Jeff Crespi caught them in action.
