Game of Thrones’ Finn Jones Cast as Iron Fist in new Netflix Series
Netflix is getting a little Westeros fun in the form of a brand new Marvel superhero.
Game of Thrones star Finn Jones has been cast as Daniel Rand aka Iron Fist in the latest Marvel Netflix series, Iron Fist.
Official Marvel description of the series is, “Returning to New York City after being missing for years, Daniel Rand fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.”
News originally surfaced of the casting news on “The Hashtag Show” podcast, along with news reports on Entertainment Weekly.
While no premiere date has been set for this martial arts like show, the show runner for “Iron Fist” will be Scott Buck of Dexter and Six-Feet Under fame.
