While Spider-Man may miss his Editor-in-Chief, Gotham is sure looking a lot brighter these days.
J.K. Simmons is moving on from spiders and taking up with bats as he makes his move from the Marvel world to that of DC as he joins the Justice League film set for filming in April.
Simmons has previously made his mark in the superhero genre as the memorable, and most perfect casting choice ever, J. Jonah Jameson. He also voiced the character once agin in the animated show “The Ultimate Spider-Man”.
Simmons will follow in the footsteps, and what glorious footsteps those were, of the ever talented Gary Oldman.
Simmons joins the latest Batman Ben Affleck, along with other Justice League members such as Superman (Henry Cavill) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot).
The film is slated for a November 17, 2017 release.
