10. Ghostbusters

Director: Paul Feig (Spy, Bridesmaids)
There’s no question this film has the potential to bomb bigger than a Slimer ball. There’s been baggage and negativity left and right. The trailer was met with a unanimous thumbs down. There’s no doubt it has a Marshmallow Man sized mountain to climb. At the end of the day though, it’s still Ghostbusters. It’s also been 27 years since the last film. We’re all curious. Despite the horrible trailer, this movie still has potential. At the very least you can say there was chemistry among the cast. If word of mouth is good, the box office will do just fine. It won’t be earth shattering, but I’d be shocked if this completely tanked.
What It Has Going For It: It’s still Ghostbusters.
What It Has Going Against It: People want to burn the trailer down.
Domestic Take: $165 Million
