A “Room” can no longer contain this woman!
At San Diego Comic Con, it was officially announced that Brie Larson, recent Academy Award winner for Best Actress in the film The Room, has been cast as Carol Danvers or better known as Captain Marvel.
Larson appeared at Comic Con this weekend to announce her new role in the film and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
While not much else is known about the film, this casting marks Larson’s first time in the Marvel world and second time in a comic book inspired film since her role as Envy Adams in Scott Pilgrim vs The World.
