Scarlett Johansson’s latest flick, Ghost in the Shell, finally drops its first trailer to show a future dystopian like world to match our very own.
According to Variety, Johansson introduced to the trailer at a special event in Tokyo by saying, “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to play the Major, and I am so excited to be able to show you a glimpse into her world.”
The film’s plot is quoted as being about, “Johansson’s Major Motoko Kusanagi as she leads counter-terrorist organization Section 9 in attempting to stop a nefarious hacker known as the Puppet Master.”
The film is set to be released on March 31, 2017 and is set to star Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, and Michael Pitt along with Johansson.
