This was certainly a positive way to start a short work week.
Just days after they announced a special early bird ticket sale, the Sea.Hear.Now Music & Arts Festival announced their first two headliners today —
The Dave Matthews Band and The Lumineers.
The festival could literally stop announcing artists performing at this show and these two alone would pack the North Beach of the Asbury Park waterfront. But, they’re not stopping, and that’s pretty exciting.
According to the festival the lineup will be announced shortly. It’s said there will be 25 acts performing across three stages like last year. The festival takes places September 21-22, 2019 on the beach in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
GA and 2-Day Tickets for the festival will go on sale tomorrow, January 23 at 10 a.m. Click here for tickets.
Sea.Hear.Now is the brainchild of Between the Sets LLC (renowned music photographer Danny Clinch and music promoter/journalist Tim Donnelly) and C3 Presents — the team behind Lollapalooza, Shaky Knees, and Austin City Limits.
Last year, in its inaugural year, Sea.Hear.Now brought the likes of Jack Johnson, Incubus, Brandi Carlile, Blondie, and a cavalcade of eclectic artists — both national and local to Asbury Park — to perform a jam packed beachfront. Oh yeah, and there was a surprise appearance from Bruce Springsteen.
