311 Brings a Much-Needed Dose of Fun and Funk to NJ on ‘Live from the Ride Tour’

Pop Break Live: 311 ‘Live from the Ride Tour’ at The PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey.

311 performing during the summer in New Jersey.

It felt like the things were right in the world. We’ve been covering 311 for years on the site, but getting to see them back here after the past 18 months of heartbreak and anxiety, was truly something everyone who packed the PNC Bank Arts Center needed.

Pop Break’s Al Mannarino caught the band from their ‘Live from the Ride Tour’ which featured all their hits, a birthday song for Echo Hexum, the classic 311 drum solo and a dedication to the recently passed Lee “Scratch” Perry. Full set list, credit to Setlist.fm.
