Little Steven’s Underground Garage returns to the Bowery Electric in NYC, on Thursday June 12.
This will be a night to remember featuring the likes of Steve Conte, Joy Buzzer, The Jellybricks and The Midnight Callers – four astounding acts that are keen on keeping the essence of rock ‘n’ roll alive.
The legendary Underground Garage, produced by Little Steven Van Zandt (of Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band), was first introduced as a weekly radio show where audiences listened to 60 years of rock ‘n’ roll and its history in a span of two hours. Underground Garage has so much to offer, from playing the most gnarly rock records, to introducing more over than 1,000 bands nationally and internationally. The show dedicates almost half of its set-up to new music and up-and-coming artists so some of the coolest bands on the map — The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Hives, Arcade Fire, Gaslight Anthem, The Black Keys, and Rival Sons — were given some of their most early exposure.
The longevity and impact of the radio show has allowed Little Steven’s Underground Garage to expand into television, live events, albums, and satellite radio.

Steve Conte
An electrifying performer – known for his work with the New York Dolls and Michael Monroe (Hanoi Rocks), Steve Conte brings his own type of conviction to the stage, ardent with rock ‘n’ roll energy. He will present his latest solo album The Concrete Jungle, a collaboration with XTC’s Andy Partridge.
Joy Buzzer
A NYC native, Joy Buzzer brings a punch of pop with gut wrenching lyrics and energy that you’ll just want to match. Their debut album, Pleased to Meet You, channels bands like Fountains of Wayne, XTC, and Badfinger. Throughout her album she conveys tight harmonies, and charming lyrics that feel both timeless and different.
The Jellybricks
Coming down from Pennsylvania, The Jellybricks deliver an imaginative escape with their stellar rock/pop anthems. Their latest album, Dreaming in Stereo, is hook-packed with lush harmonies and captivating lyrics that tend to turn heads. The Jellybricks are a vigorous band that you will want to see.
The Midnight Callers
Another NYC native, The Midnight Callers are a band with a lust for classic rock with a fresh twist, that you won’t want to miss. This four-piece man band fuses lavish harmonies, ample guitar rigs, and ear catching hooks that makes you feel you’re in the ‘70s rock ‘n’ roll with their own distinctive style.
