As reported by Comic Book Resources, Marvel superstar Stan Lee lent his voice for the newest Marvel’s The Defenders promo.
Lee’s voiceover gets to the heart of what makes many of Marvel’s properties so beloved. “Heroes show us we don’t need to be perfect to do what’s right,” says Lee. “When you least expect it, they show us it’s OK to be vulnerable — no matter how tough you are. Because, even though they’re heroes, they’re still human.”
Besides footage of the titular characters in action, the promotion also gives us a quick glimpse at Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal). Does this mean the Punisher will be teaming up with the Defenders, or is it just a teaser for his own Netflix series? We’re not sure at this time.
