Transformers Lost Light has been a fun adventure since its days as More Than Meets the Eye. A combination of lighthearted tales mixed with some epic stories with far-reaching consequences. Issue #20 uses months of build and executes to be the culmination of months of stories coming together. We have Rodimus and his crew, Getaway and the Mutineers, and The Scavengers. Villains from past and present unify together as all tales converge towards the end of the road for the Transformers.
James Roberts ends the rivalry between two Autobots in a massive scale fight. The death toll rises, and we learn of an even greater threat. The artwork from Lawrence and company has been wonderfully consistent from issue to issue. This has been something Lost Light has always maintained an advantage over the other Transformers titles, having the same lineup of writers and artists, keeping the book consistent in appearance as well as story.
The characters development reaches an apex, and for some, they will never be the same.
